Lindsay, head photographer, has 7 years experience shooting real estate and commercial photography and has photographed over 300+ interior and exterior properties. Her real estate images have been featured in "Philadelphia Magazine" and "Curbed Philadelphia".
Price
Architectural or real estate shoots are priced at how long the shooting takes ~ $250/half hour. For an estimate on a commercial property, please contact Lindsay with the details and she will create a personalized quote.
Deliverables
You will receive 20-30 fully edited images per hour of shooting. Professional architectural editing of images is included (perspective control and adjustments, color correction for various light sources, light balance, etc).
Turnaround Time
Delivery of edited files is usually within a couple days
Need the images ASAP? Opt for "Rush Delivery" and editing the images will be moved to the front of the queue.
Equipment Used
Lindsay utilizes some of the best, most expensive Nikon equipment available for landscape and architectural shooting. She is able to make the smallest spaces appear vast, open, and well lit, even when they're not.

Schedule a Shoot
To schedule a shoot or request a quote, send Lindsay and email with details:
1. Address of property
2. Square footage
3. Any additional details about the property such as: "there is a finished basement I would like images of that is not included in the sq footage of the house", or, "there is a work out room and pool located in the building, please take images of those locations as well", etc.
Availability is first come first serve, weekdays, between 11am-5pm. Occasionally evenings or weekends are available for an additional fee.
